easiest cookies ever By Suzanna Wright The easiest ever cookies can be made in just a few minutes with your favorite cake mix, 2 eggs and 1/4 c oil, butter or shortening. Just empty the cake mix into a bowl and add the eggs and oil. Mix it up good, drop onto a cookie sheet a teaspoon at a time and bake at 350* for 8-10 min. Some variations I like are: yellow or white cake mix with a little dollop of jelly on top Chocolate cake mix-roll spoonfuls of uncooked dough in powdered sugar before cooking. White cake mix with a large hershey kiss on top yellow cake mix substituting peanut butter for the oil to make peanut butter cookies. What is great is you can play around with the basic recipe to come up with your favorite cookie. If you like dried fruit=add it, chocolate=add it, candies= add them. What ever you want to do you can.
